Refund Policy

At Keena Wellness Consultants, we are committed to providing high-quality coaching services to help you achieve your goals. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued for our coaching programs, packages, and services.

1. General Refund Policy
We believe in the value of our coaching services and the commitment required for success. Refunds are limited and depend on the specific service or package purchased.

 

 

  • Single Coaching Sessions: Refunds are not available for completed coaching sessions.

    If you cancel at least 24 hours before a scheduled session, you may reschedule or request a refund.

 

  • Coaching Packages: Refunds for unused sessions within a package are available if requested within [insert number of days, e.g., 7 days] of purchase.
    No refunds will be issued for partially used packages after [insert number of days, e.g., 7 days].

 

 

  • Courses and Digital Products: Due to the digital nature of courses and downloadable resources, these are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

 

 

  • Group Coaching Programs: Enrollment fees for group coaching programs are non-refundable after the program has started.
    If you withdraw at least 24 hours before the program start date, you may receive a full refund.

 

2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us at keenawellness@gmail.com with the following information:

  1. Your full name

  2. The service or package purchased

  3. The reason for your refund request

We will review your request and respond within two business days.

 

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Rescheduling Individual Sessions:

       You may reschedule a session with at least 24 hours' notice. Rescheduling requests made less than 24                 hours in advance may result in the session being forfeited.

  • No-Show Policy:

       If you fail to attend a scheduled session without prior notice, the session will be considered completed,               and no refund will be issued.

 

4. Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for exceptional circumstances, such as medical emergencies or unforeseen events. Documentation may be required.

 

5. Non-Refundable Fees
The following fees are non-refundable:

  • Administrative fees

  • Processing fees associated with payment methods (e.g., credit card fees)
